Portraits From Your Favourite Photo(s)

For centuries, the portrait artist would paint while the subject would 'sit' and hold a pose for lengthy periods.

I paint from photos, as having done a lot of things the hard way in my life, I see no sense in subjecting someone to hours of torture, when modern technology has provided a way to avoid that.

It also allows me to take my time with the work and not have to "stress out" about the subject getting uncomfortable, which is usually evident by an increase of fidgeting.
